270 Park Avenue is set to be the new state-of-the-art global headquarters for JP Morgan Chase.
The 423m tall mega high-rise is located between Park Avenue and Madison Avenue in New Your City. The entire building transfers through a complex ‘Tabletop’ steel structure at ground level onto six main walls that straddle the NY metro line.
Scope of Work
- Peer review of the construction strategy for the tabletop steel erection, logistics and sequencing
- Peer review of the ground floor construction
- Review of the viaduct repair sequencing and impact on main structure construction
- Review of construction logistics regarding craneage / hook-time analysis
- Critical path studies for multiple scenarios with the aim of providing legitimate cost-saving opportunities
- All aspects above were reviewed and developed in a comprehensive 4D construction sequence
