A 100m tall boutique building with 48 exclusive residences and 2 penthouse apartments strategically placed over 19 stories.

Situated on the Dubai Water Canal in Business Bay, with Burj Khalifa views and proximity to Downtown Dubai and Dubai International Airport.

Scope of Work

  • Management of a value engineering study of the primary structure
  • Peer review of the Client’s proposed methodology and sequencing
  • Development of alternate sequencing which reduced the construction programme by ~3 months
  • Logistics strategy development including cranes, hoists, access, and facilities
  • Production of interactive 4D simulation and 4D rendered animation
  • Development of construction programme in Primavera P6
  • Reviews of main contractor’s technical submissions (programme, methodologies etc.)
